Welcome to PadukaBhakti.org – A Journey of Devotion and Surrender
Humble Salutations to the Divine Feet of Sriman Narayana
With the utmost humility and devotion, I welcome you to PadukaBhakti.org – a sacred space dedicated to the glories of Bhagavan Sriman Narayana, the Supreme Lord, and the eternal path of Bhakti (devotion) and Sharanagati (complete surrender). This website is not just a blog but an offering at the lotus feet of the Divine, a humble attempt to share and reflect upon the timeless teachings of our Acharyas and the greatness of the Lord’s boundless grace.
Who Am I?
I am but a simple seeker on this sacred path, drawn by the unparalleled love and mercy of Sriman Narayana. As the name of this website suggests, my inspiration is rooted in the profound significance of Paduka Prabhavam – the glory of the Lord’s Divine Sandals, which symbolize His grace, presence, and the path of surrender. The story of Lord Rama’s Padukas, ruling Ayodhya in His absence, exemplifies the highest form of Bhakti and Sharanagati, where a devotee finds complete refuge in the Lord and His divine will.

Why PadukaBhakti.org?
The path of Sri Vaishnavism is one of Ananya Bhakti (exclusive devotion) and Prapatti (absolute surrender) to the Lord, who is the Supreme Refuge. Throughout the ages, our great Acharyas, from Sri Ramanujacharya to Swami Desikan and beyond, have emphasized that true liberation lies in surrendering at the divine feet of Sriman Narayana. Here, I aspire to share:
- The glories of the Lord as revealed in the Vedas, Upanishads, and Divya Prabandham.
- The importance of Bhakti and Sharanagati in attaining eternal service to the Lord in Sri Vaikuntha.
- The teachings of our revered Acharyas, who have illuminated the path of surrender.
- Reflections on divine incidents from Srimad Ramayanam, Mahabharatam, and Puranas that demonstrate the infinite mercy of Bhagavan.
A Humble Prayer
I embark on this journey with full awareness of my limitations, knowing well that the ocean of Sri Vaishnavism is vast and unfathomable. Yet, with humility and reverence, I take these small steps, praying that the Lord’s divine grace will guide my words and actions. May this space serve as an inspiration for all seekers to immerse themselves in devotion, surrender, and the supreme love of Sriman Narayana.
I welcome you all to join in this journey of Paduka Bhakti. May the divine feet of the Lord, which are the ultimate refuge of all souls, bless us with unwavering devotion and eternal service to Him.
Adiyen, A humble servant of Sriman Narayana
